- Your order will be processed and reserved after we confirm availability. Payment at pickup is required to complete the order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are available for pickup at our designated location via Akis Express in Cyprus.
- We currently do not offer home delivery or international shipping.
- We are not responsible for any issues that occur outside the pickup process managed by Akis Express.
6. Returns & Cancellations
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel or return products (Distance Selling Directive, EU).
- Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
7. Liability & Warranty
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
